Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon discovery of duplicate Accounts, pug4d reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending Bets, and forfeit all Balances and Bonus Credits across those Accounts.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pug4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify pug4d immediately via live chat if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
You agree to keep your Account information up to date. Any change in your personal details — including residential address or email address — must be updated within your Account profile promptly. pug4d reserves the right to suspend Account operations pending re-verification if material discrepancies are identified between Account information and KYC documents.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed within the Account cashier at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change and may be adjusted for individual Accounts based on verified identity tier and transaction history.
Deposits via Indonesian bank virtual accounts and e-wallets are typically credited to your pug4d Account within minutes of confirmed payment. Crypto deposits are credited upon reaching the required number of network confirmations (typically one confirmation for USDT TRC-20, and three or more for BTC and ETH). Withdrawal requests are processed by pug4d within a standard timeframe of under 15 minutes for bank and e-wallet methods, and under 30 minutes for crypto. Processing times are indicative and may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or scheduled bank maintenance windows.
All deposits must originate from a payment account or wallet registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, pug4d reserves the right to reverse the deposit, suspend the Account, and require additional documentation.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. A completed KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal from any Account. pug4d may request additional documentation to support individual withdrawal requests where fraud prevention protocols are triggered.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional offers made available on the pug4d Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
Bonus Credits are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering Requirements apply to the bonus amount (or bonus amount plus deposit amount, where stated) and must be completed within the validity period specified for each offer. Bets placed on certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate towards Wagering Requirements — the applicable contribution rates are set out in each promotion's specific terms.
pug4d reserves the right to cancel, amend, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in any of the following: use of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer; coordinated or group betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; arbitrage betting using bonus funds; use of a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions; or any other conduct that pug4d deems to be abuse of its promotional offers.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the maximum amount withdrawable as winnings generated solely from Bonus Credits (i.e., without any real-money stake component) is capped at a multiple of the original bonus amount as specified per offer. Where no specific cap is stated, a default cap of 10× the bonus value applies.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 30 calendar days of the request being made may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights and, ultimately, Account closure. Where Account closure results from KYC non-compliance, pug4d will make reasonable efforts to return real-money deposits to the payment source, less any applicable withdrawal processing fees.

pug4d's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pug4d does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, free of technical errors, or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect Platform availability from time to time. pug4d will use reasonable efforts to notify Players of scheduled maintenance in advance.
The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data by pug4d is governed by the pug4d Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy. In summary, pug4d collects and processes personal data for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and compliance with applicable legal obligations. pug4d does not sell personal data to third parties.
pug4d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, pug4d will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where possible, notifying registered Account holders by email. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect by contacting pug4d support.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Asia-Pacific region.
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a Bet or game round, you must submit a complaint to pug4d via the live-chat support channel within 72 hours of the disputed settlement. pug4d will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and provide a final determination within 7 business days. pug4d's determination on Bet and game-outcome disputes is final.
